Q. How does this work?

A. Select the gift certificates you would like to purchase, provide personalization, billing, and shipping information to complete your purchase online. Your gift certificates will arrive at the "Ship to" address by postal mail, or overnight if you select the FedEx option.

Q. Will I receive the tickets or commuter books in the mail.

A. No, you will receive a gift certificate for the Item.  Gift certificates are exchanged at the ticket office for ferry tickets.

Q. Do the gift certificates expire?

A. No, gift certificates may be used at any time in the future.

Q. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

A. Yes, but you have to start a separate transaction for each shipping address.
